In the event that your purchase is not what you ordered or the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged for another. This excludes all orders that were made more than 30 days before contacting us, and all orders in which the tags on the product have been removed or the product has been used. This also excludes all orders where there are obvious signs that the damage to the product where made intentionally by the customer. Our returns policy does not cover any damage done during postage. in the event that a request for a return is accepted we will pay for the cost of the return postage of the product.
